At Calvi’s door, dominating the Bonifatio’s valley and the mediterranean’s blue, this old genevese property of La Paratella, given by the King Louis XV to Mister Murat de la Serpière, kept it’s charm of a Master’s house. The elegance without ostentation from the 18th century still rules nowadays in the personalised rooms and lounges. Every of it’s numerous owners cherished this property, once a master’s house, a vineyard or second home. In 1986, the vineyard takes its independence, whereas the residence is bought by the Ceccaldi’s family, professionals in the Corsican tourism. Jean-Baptiste Ceccaldi takes the management and builds a picturesque corsican restaurant in the residence. The guests find themselves so comfortable in this hotel, charmfull rooms and suites are added to the menu, furnished by antiquarians founds. In echo, the fine gourmet menu is refined year by year with a symphony of Corsican products cooked by a talented chef.
Each and every rooms array either a terrace or a balcony and are orientated south/south west with a view on the parc and/or the corsican mountains. Decorated with ancient furniture, it chants an anthem to colours and Pattine art. Marie Ceccaldi was fully involved in the decoration, antiquing carefully furniture and objects with talent. 24 exotic rooms and suites are open,bungalow style, on the outdoor.
